In the shorts there are two of your mangas with the bad translation from Know Your Meme and also one illustration in the "Mii Brawler likes to carry us" short...
I suspect that these people really don't understand why it's not okay to use other people's art this way. They don't seem to understand the difference between these kind of visual novel-like avatar games (I think the one that they are using might be the one called "Gacha World"?), where you can just make any avatar do anything without problems, and art made by someone else that is not okay to use. (Obviously, it's just "kids having fun". But it's still not okay, so maybe the sooner they learn, the better?)
I am really not sure what kind of advice to give here. It's troublesome that you can't contact them directly to say what the problem is, but maybe if you keep watching and report every single video of your art that you see, they will learn? Otherwise, they might think that they would get away by just making a new account and doing the same thing again?
At least it's a good thing that the first person you contacted immediately changed their icon. There seems to be some understanding there, so maybe that person will speak to their follower and explain... But maybe it's just a hopeful wish. Some teenagers today use the internet seemingly without any thought (also without thought about their own privacy). I wish there was more education about this!

ていうか本人が原因を自覚して反省しない限りはイタチごっこなので少し様子を見ておきます。
なんかやっぱり見た限りの印象だと彼女は自分の世界にしか興味がなさそうな感じなので、希望はあまり持てないかもしれませんが……

同一アカウントで作ったチャンネルは、どれか一つがBANされたら全て消えるそうなので、最初のアカウントとは紐付いていなかったものだと思われます。
ちなみに今のところ問題はなさそうですがこんなのも見かけました。いくつアカウント持ってるんだ（恐怖）
