日本なら二次創作物にも著作権は発生するんですけどね……！
でもアメリカ的にもフェアユースの範囲内なんじゃないかな〜と思います。
ファンアートでもGoogleへのDMCA申し立ては受理されたという話は結構あるみたいなので、やる気が残ってたらやってみますｗ
