やっぱり返信遅く感じますよね……
件のサイトを見てたらDMCAについてのページがあったんですが、もしかしてこれでちゃんと申し立てしないと削除してもらえない可能性ってありますかね……？
もしそうだとしたらかなり面倒そうですが、とりあえずもう少し待ってみようと思います。
I have no idea if it's normal or not for such sites to be slow at responding, it probably also depends on the type of site. This one seems to be a bit like a Wiki where everyone can add a "meme". So maybe they have a lot of submissions and inquiries to check? But of course there's no reason for you to apologize!
Your drawings should not be on that site in any case, since they are not "memes", even if someone else added text to them. This is a case of copyright infringement, so I think the site should definitely react. Hopefully they will do so after a while. (If not, maybe the next step would be to try and contact the staff directly...)
And it's definitely strange that they banned the uploader, but did not remove their submitted content. (maybe they only removed whatever content was the reason for the ban?)
